Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds will be offered once files have been delivered.
5. Workshops & Events
We currently use Eventbrite for workshop bookings. Please refer to Eventbrite’s terms when purchasing tickets. Your booking is subject to the terms listed on the individual event page.
If we move bookings directly to our site in future, updated terms will be published here.
6. Email Collection & Marketing
If you sign up to our newsletter or opt in through free resources, you consent to receive occasional emails about products, workshops, and creative content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of any email.
